- HJHannah Johnston2 days ago1.0They checked my money to see if it was real right in front of me. Since when have sauces cost 10p. My burger was squished when it finally arrived. No people skills.
- ABAlex BoyeMay 10, 20261.0Absolutely horrible woman on the phone . I didn’t get her name because of how livid I was . Rang one of their uber drivers that harassed my girlfriend and tried to get her into his car when she went to collect her food multiple times . Gave her food from burgerism that was drenched in some drink. Proceeded to give her his phone number after she said no and refused to get into his car . When I phoned him , the coward gave the phone to one of the maccies workers who was honestly a horrible piece of work. Continuously disregarding what I was saying and brushing off what I had just told her like it was nothing . My girlfriend was sobbing in my room and this maccies woman proceeded to say “ I work with him 5 days a week and he’d never do that” And that she asked for his phone number and asked to go in his car. Incredibly abrasive and dismissive person, shouldn’t be anywhere near customer service. I hope no one else has to deal with either of those genuinely disgusting human beings . His name is Sajid and he drives a blue car so please be careful guys if he is delivering to you .

- KCKaima ChionumaApr 29, 20261.0I came in on Wednesday at 4:40 and I was served by a white girl with a bun and a black girl with a red head scarf who was both extremely rude. I was laughed and pointed at from the kitchen which is very much visible from the floor. I received this type of treatment due to the fact when my order was called out I didn’t rush to go get it in the first instance even thought I was making my way to the counter. This type of behaviour is very unacceptable and I am very disappointed that McDonald are hiring people like this.
